You won’t have to wait in lines or fight traffic, and you can easily use it from any home or office computer ... or even while you’re traveling!
CU at Home uses the latest encryption technology and other electronic safeguards to ensure your privacy. In addition, our security policies, such as signature verification, protect you against identity theft and other frauds.
Here’s some of what you can do with CU at Home:
- Check your account balance
- Stop payment on a check
- Transfer funds between accounts
- View copies of your checks (E-statement sign-up required)
- Confirm that checks have cleared
- Review your account history

In order to connect to CU at Home, you’ll need access to the Internet as well as these minimum system requirements:
- Microprocessor speed of at least 266 MHz
- Modem of 56 Kbps or more
- Netscape Navigator 7.0 or Internet Explorer 6.0 or above
- Windows 98, 2000 or XP
- Macintosh System 8 or higher
To download information, you must also have:
- Netscape Navigator 7.0
- Internet Explorer 6.0 or above
- Browser program must support encryption for download transactions
- Quicken, Microsoft Money or Excel
