Audio Teller Telephone Banking is a convenient way to check on your Credit Union accounts by telephone, any time of day or night. It's ideal for those times when you're away from a computer and need account information right away. With Audio Teller Telephone Banking, you can:

  • Check the current balance in your Share Savings Account, Checking (Share Draft) Account, Share Certificate or IRA Share Certificate
  • Learn the current balance of a loan
  • Ensure that checks you've written have cleared
  • Check on loan payments, ATM transactions, deposits or withdrawals
  • Transfer funds between your Credit Union accounts
  • Request an advance on a Line of Credit or an overdraft loan, then have the funds credited to a Credit Union savings or checking account OR mailed to you
  • Request a withdrawal from a Credit Union account; the withdrawal can be mailed to you as a check

To use Audio Teller Telephone Banking, you will need a Personal Identification Number (PIN) that the Credit Union will assign to you. To sign up for Audio Teller Telephone Banking, stop by a branch or contact The White House FCU at 202-456-2900 or 888-804-WHCU (9428) toll-free.

Once you are signed up for this service and have your PIN, you can access Audio Teller Telephone Banking by calling 202-456-2900 and press "1." Or, call 888-804-WHCU (9428) toll-free and press "1." Be sure to have your account number and PIN nearby when you use Audio Teller Telephone Banking; you will need this information when you use this service.
